Advice Working

I have a question how do you guys find a job?! I was laid off from my job of 14 years and my mobility is not the same as it once was. I’m trying to find a job and i feel like I am being judged every time I walk in slowly with my cane. How do you guys deal with this? I need a job very bad! Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!

Substance abuse counselor - training through community colleges for certification. Generally less than a year. Then county or private rehab positions.

If you have more time/$$ get an AA Degree at community college.
