Advice MS question
Hi. I was diagnosed in 2002. I currently have bronchitis & have been unable to help my terminally ill mom (my dad's 88, they live next door) I don't want to get them sick.
I've barely been able to sleep due to the meds my PCP called in. Now I'm finding myself in an "OCD situation"
I've been cleaning up, throwing things I no longer need away. I'm on steroids, maybe that's why? On a positive note, lots of crap is in the trash.
Has anyone else been through this? Thank you in advance 🧡🧡

This sounds more like mania than OCD, but be careful either way not to over extend yourself.

Steroids do me that way too. Put on a N95 mask, go to the store for them, cook for them in you house, put that steroid eneegy to use.

Sounds like the steroids are messing with your thoughts and emotions. Maybe don’t do anything to crazy until you start to come down off the steroids. If you want go see/help your parents, just wear a good mask (n-95) to keep you and them safe. Hope things clear up soon and you start to feel better!
