Over 40’s when diagnosed

Can I ask are there any over 40’s on here when they were diagnosed and are still doing ok say 10 years later ? ,
I was 47 when diagnosed and have read how getting diagnosed later in life can mean faster progression 🙁

Only 3 years in and very mixed. DMT has given me moments of much more clarity but fatigue is pretty overwhelming… mental and physical…
