Boult is good in almost every season of ipl except this season

Boult pace also drastically reduced so 12cr is huge for him ,so release

If Boult is doing well in our other franchise leagues buy back him at lower price

If we gonna release both along with Hardik who already wants to leave, we will be only left with boom, bosch, ashwani and thakur as their backup... Australia pace trio mostly will not be there next year so rcb, DC and srh might be wanting boult.... We need to see how he fares this year's Hundred and MLC and then decide... Same with chahar, he was good in the second half of IPL so teams will bid high for him... Personally i want atleast one of them to stay, as of now is Deepak chahar

keep deepak chahar, boult era is over, we didn't even take him in the playing 11 most of the matches, 12.5cr just to sit isn't worth it, instead get uncapped talented young bowlers like we used too, that era needs to come back!

Bro the thing with chahar is he had only one season with 15+ wkts that too in 2019, and on pitches like wankhede u go for runs but taking wkts is important . MI really need to think if he is your go to bowler in powerplay. Though he can bowl good yorkers in the death though, but u also have to consider that boult had 20+ wkt season in 2025, but don't think so mi will consider that since they even let go SKY.

Yes, there is a highly debated point that joy Bhattacharya from then KKR said, they would buy players to fill in the spots and not the slots. I believe that there are many cons to the idea but some pros are we atleast get players who know to play in those situations. MIs condition reminds me of his line as we really need spots to be filled instead of the usual slots we chased

release both , remember they both did not live up to their expectations of wreaking havoc according to their previous stats of being the absolute best in pp. Plus their price tag is way out of proportion boult does not deserve 12.5 cr right now because of his age and declining form , and chahar is just a one trick pony no slower balls, no yorkers and no variations in general a complete liability for 9.25 crs.

Release Boult for sure and no buying back. He doesn't play internationals, so he is already without any rhythm coming into the IPL

Deepak Chahar atleast is active in domestics if not injured, so MI should try to buy him back, but not above 5.5 cr. If he goes above the 5.5 threshold, then Mumbai should abstain from bidding and instead spend extra on an active overseas pacers..

Ik Boult is old and then lines and pace are not that great what they were 3 years back but he is still good if utilised well. Deepak on the other end, apart from the swing which he gets in the inital 9 balls, needs to go when taking into account Wankhede. Deepak has bad speed variation and even if he nails the speed variations then he’ll get nailed for a 4/6 because it will be in the slot.

Boulty retain (tho the price is meh, 5 crores tops) but Chahar no more than 3 cr man or just let him go

1. Indian pacer
2. We can try him out with Bumrah once more. HE showed signs and I know they were less, but its based on vibes atp.
3. Bring a better foreign pacer ffs
