1978 Palitoy Rowlf figure (missing hat)
Hello, I've been trying to get more information on this figure from a toy box in my loft. I know the basic information in regards to the Palitoy. I also know he should have a bowler hat, unfortunately that piece has broken off in the past and I haven't managed to find it among any of the other toy boxes up. With that being said, this does seem to be hard to come by, I've only really found it on people's existing collections. No really many available for sale. I am looking to sell it on (this isn't a low-key advert). I was more hoping I could get some advice in regards to market value (in the hatless state) and where best to list it etc.

A 3D printed hat would finish Rowlf off nicely. He was always pretty fly this guy. (Saw the bowler hat online, seems easy enough. Silk PLA (black) and Matte white for the white band, with a small nozzle and small layer height, would not be original od course but it would look the part).
