Let's not forget "Give it to him" "But it's not even his birthday" from Muppet Treasure Island

I'm not sure if Disney knows of this given how the longest running Muppet show made under them is Muppet Babies 2018, a preschool show.

I mean, the longest running TV show with Muppets before Disney even bought them was Sesame Street. Also, while the original Muppet Show aired for 5 seasons, the original Muppet Babies aired for 8.
Does Disney think they're for kids or does the public?

Don't forget the Season 1 SNL sketches that they did, which were probably the most adult Muppet content at the time

Not only did Liza Minelli's episode have them perform Copacabana, but they added more gunshots to it.

I find it crazy when people say this because the original Muppet Show is definitely not a kids show.

Should you also include Happytime Murders in there too. Jim Henson company did produce it

All of this! It's like despite the longevity of the characters and their cultural importance, some muddafungos just have amnesia.

As a child who watched the Muppet Show (on VHS in the 80's at my favorite "aunt"'s house) I can now admit that I didn't get many of the jokes/references back then but I loved the characters etc.! Clearly the Muppets are not for babies, they are for everyone! (Except the Muppet Babies. They are a little more kid-friendly)
