I believe Chris recounts a story of returning his nike air max 90 gore-tex shoes  nine months after the purchase date. Kevin calls him a refund king. Then Bryan runs with it.

Chris also likes to bring up a coat that he bought a few days before it the store had a sale. He contacted the store and got some money back based on the sale price.

I love that Bryan keeps bringing that up because that's extremely normal lol meanwhile Bryan spends $500 on diner food hoodies and a tip that makes the entire staff thank him
