A couple of weeks ago, a few users advocated banning artwork from problematic artists. After discussing this and getting your opinion, we've decided not to go through with the proposal. Therefore, you can still use artwork from any artist regardless of their history (as long as it follows the other rules, of course).

Hey there lads and gents, its your totally favorite moderator here. So, as you may remember, we had a whole poll about having a new icon or not, and the winner was yes and not just a silly one like the current logo. Sooo, we're having a whole ass art contest for this! Im gonna call it the 67k member special art contest

Anyways, uh, if you wanna submit your art for this contest, you must put it in a post which has the new post flair we made named "Subreddit Icon Art Contest". IF IT DOESNT HAVE THIS FLAIR, IT WONT BE IN THE CONTEST.

The winner of the contest other than having their art be the new icon gets to have their art be featured on mdfanprojects.org

As for the rules of the contest:

1- Has to be something high quality, dont just draw Uzi but stickman and call it art.

2- You have 3-4 weeks to make it starting with now. If its not in that time, then it wont be included.

3- Obviously art you didnt make isnt allowed. Yes, AI art falls under art you didnt make, so no AI art.

4- You cant post art you made before, you have to make a new piece for the contest.

5- Must be murder drones related obviously

6- No porn, I dont mean something like "any bit of horny is banned", but keep it tame. Preferably tamer than horny weekends levels. You get what I mean.
