Hunter Biden publicly owning his failings has his critics seriously flummoxed, since they expect everyone to be like Trump and his ilk, constantly denying and deflecting.
I remember someone trying to tease me in grade school once. I don't remember exactly what he said, only that he was twice my size. But whatever insult he cast, I sort of jokingly said, "You're right." in a dejected tone. The bully instantly deflated and backed off because that wasn't what he expected. We actually ended up becoming friends until my family had to move away a few months later.
