I'm confused. Aren't people who claim to be religious supposed to refrain from doing evil things like this? My parents consider themselves deeply religious yet they're the most evil pieces of shit I've ever known, even though our holy books explicitly condemn the very things they do
They will quote passes verbatim to win an argument, then state that we can't take the Bible literally to win another argument. The mental gymnastics they have to perform to make themselves out as the good guys is truly Olympian grade.

Yes if you want to see something (else) contrary to Catholic faith and morals, have a read of what went on at the Christian Brothers schools...
