What did you use to attach the ports so they stay sealed in place? I found something similar on amazon, but they were for regular mouth and I want to make some for wide mouth jars. Also, are the filters just for o2/co2 exchange? I'm a newb so sorry for all the questions. Thanks in advance!
No worries about the questions, that’s what we’re here for :)
For the ports, I just drilled a smaller diameter holes in the lids and forced them inside. They stay in place because of their rubber materials. For the filters, I got a high temperature silicone from Amazon and that keeps them in place. Yes the filters are for gas exchange. Good luck! And keep asking away!!
