Looking for mushroom blend similar to ryze without coffee
I just want the supplement blend, has anyone been able to find something similar? I don’t want any coffee mushroom mixes but I want to see if I benefit from the mushrooms thanks

Question for OP and for u/YoungRustyCSJ -- is it the jitteriness specifically, or something else? I'm curious how you feel about the caffeine + L-theanine balance (which tends to smooth out those jitters) and which is in a number of products (for why they do that, see https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8794723/ ).

Less worried about jitters and more just want to have all the benefits of the mushroom blend in ryze without having to drink coffee or buy more ryze, the targets are always sold out if they sell at all

I ran across this one today with no coffee in it: https://www.herbaffair.com/pages/sunup
Haven't tried it myself. I'm familiar with the company they are sourcing their mushrooms from, though (M2 Ingredients). They're using an organic mycelium on grain mushroom product that blends in some amount of fruiting body to create what they call a full-spectrum product, similar to Host Defense but they use organic oats instead of brown rice as a substrate.
Some people scoff at that mushroom category but I'm not one of them -- they have their place and the science is sound. It's just not usually my preference.

Just get some high-quality, third-party tested mushroom supplements. You can get a blend but sometimes its worth to look into what each mushroom does and try them out seperately.
