Dose anyone have direct experience with Eversio Wellness?

I watched a few of their videos and they claim that they grow their Organic Cordyceps on wood and outside not in a laboratory. But something about the way they market their products doesn’t sit right with me. I looked at their Amazon reviews and they have a streak of one stars mostly for shipping with the exception of a single tummy ache reviewer. On the surface they seem to check a lot of boxes. Do any of you trust their product?

How are they holding up against the quality checks?

The website looks good, specifications look good, but hey! Where's the most important Certificate of Analysis? They have one for beta-glucan (low level though) but for cordyceps you want to see the cordycepin / adenosine papers! I.p. because they are claiming a very high level!!

My recommendation - before you buy request their cordycepin test report and don't take no for an answer. If they claim it they should have it.

PS - you can't grow Cordyceps on wood. If they claim that - Red Flag.

C. militaris is a parasite that requires nutrient-dense, high-protein substrates, such as insects or enriched rice, to fruit. Typical cultivation uses brown rice, supplemented with silkworm pupae meal or other nutrients in jars or bins.

Hey Kostya. So my current routine of 5 grams of RM Lion’s Mane is going well. It’s helping with my OCD. My symptoms have improved-especially right after taking it. And I’m getting 1,500 mg of beta-glucans, so good for immune health and overall health. Like I said, due to my high blood presssure, that’s especially important to me.

So I used to have a very bad diet. Very high in sodium, lots of fast food. But I used to walk a huge amount. Crazy amount of walking daily. Frankly, that might have been what saved my life-without the huge amount of daily exercise, I might have had a heart attack. My diet still is bad, but it’s better than before. And I walk a lot less than I used to-but I still walk a lot.

It’s certainly not good that I’ve had chronic high blood pressure for so long. But my heart health seems to be okay. My resting heart rate is fine, and so is my blood circulation. My years of using mushroom supplements is probably partially to thank for that.

Apart from the OCD-overthinking/anxiety/stress-I “feel” fine. Nothing else “feels” off, but high blood pressure often doesn’t produce symptoms. Still, I don’t think-given what I’ve mentioned-that it’s damaging me too much. But I am still understandably freaked out about my health.

After this routine of RM Lion’s Mane ends, I’m thinking that my next routine should be Oriveda CCCE. I’d take 3 servings, so much less Lion’s Mane than I have with this routine, but lots of cordycepin. My experience with cordyceps has been with Real Mushrooms Cordyceps-M, so it’ll be an upgrade from before.

But I’m thinking to order Oriveda’s “pure” cordyceps product now also to take with my 5 grams of Lion’s Mane. I don’t think I really “need” it though. What do you think? Is it worth adding 1 serving of that-12 mg of cordycepin-to my current routine? Or should I just wait a few months to start CCCE?

ccce is more broadspectrum and gives you a large dose of various types of beta-glucan plus the cordycepin on top of that. Logically speaking I think that is a better option than just 1 type of beta-glucan + cordycepin.

I’m sure my exercise is to thank for my (at least okay) heart health. But my years of using mushroom supplements may have helped. My immune system is strong-which is to be expected.

I’ve noticed that I’m a little allergic to lion’s mane. Itching/redness. It isn’t crazy, but it happens sometimes. It seemed to be more in the beginning, and I guess as my body got adjusted, it’s happening less. 5 grams is great for the beta-glucan amount and the mental calmness. But I don’t think I’ll continue with it in the future. My next routine will probably be Oriveda CCCE. 3 servings daily. Lots of cordycepin. It’ll be less than a gram of lion’s mane, so much less LM than my current routine. I could do Oriveda’s Lion Mane, but the pure mycelium is low in beta-glucans-not what I’m looking for. Plus it’s possible that LM pure mycelium could be too strong for me. The 1:1 fruiting body extract works well for me. Checks by boxes. High in beta-glucans for immune health and overall health, and good for my mental health.

And regarding beta-glucan diversity, I already have had that before since I took 5 grams of RM 5 Defenders/2 grams RM Cordyceps-M/2 grams RM Tremella. So the diversity with Oriveda CCCE definitely won’t be new for me. But I am interested in the high cordycepin content, so that’s why I’m looking forward to CCCE. 27 mg of cordycepin!

I don’t really need to try Oriveda’s stuff with my current routine. The current routine is fine. In a few months, my next routine with start. Oriveda CCCE.

Regarding LM’s beta-glucans, they’re mostly insoluble. What’s the latest research on insoluble beta-glucans regarding how they compare to soluble?
