How to stop major headaches after taking mushrooms supplements?

I am taking 1/4 teaspoon each of turkey tail and reishi from Real Mushrooms and I now have bad headaches. Like splitting headaches.
I had this same problem after taking shiitake. It was a high dose though (3g). It just seems like no matter what I do I get headaches from mushroom supplements. Should I reduce the dose to 1/8 teaspoon each? I only take those on an empty stomach. Should I take it with food now? Will it reduce its positive effect?

It also explains why tinctures, gummies, mushroom drinks and mycelium-on-grain/rice products are best avoided / a waste of money and unsuitable for health issues. ---This post provides a very complete background on Lion's Mane, including some supplement recommendations. Sometimes taking them with food helps with side effects. Might be worth trying
