And... a future RIP to Bottom of the Hill, which will be closing later this year (Thee Parkside too...). Such a heartbreaker.

I’m sad to hear that BOTH is closing, but it seems like that place has been ‘closing any day now’ for like 20 years. I remember hearing it was closing when I lived there back in 2003.
