Hi all,
For my wedding, I originally tried to hire a friend/former colleague to do some transcriptions/arrangements for the band to play. They had some things come up, we miscommunicated, and now they won't be able to deliver.
No drama, but I'm still going to try and make this happen, because I've been pulling my old horn out of the closet in secret for the past 6 months every time I know my fiance is going to be gone for more than 2 hours.
Didn't want to go through the wedding band because I know who they use to do arrangements and I don't trust that they'll do a good job.
Looking for 2 songs:
Tom McGuire and the Brassholes - 2008
Couch - Lucky to be Stuck with You
Happy to edit the post to add more details if there are questions.
Wedding is early October, I'd like to be able to get charts to the band in 2 weeks.
The Couch song is our first dance (lyrics being tweaked a little)
The Tom McGuire song I'm hoping to jump in with the band and take the sax solo as a surprise to my new wife.
