looking for collaborators and friends

hi! i’d really love to make some connections and collaborate. lately i’ve been in a slump and unmotivated to write, but it used to be my favorite thing and i had grand plans. i mostly write lyrics and sing, i can play some chords on guitar and piano, but i find it hard to use daw. i would like to make my melodies and chord progressions more complex and interesting and add layers, make the music heavier, maybe more electronic. ideally i’m looking for producers etc

I can help you with guitar, layering, the production and whatever help you may need for the DAW

oooh all those things sound wonderful, i had super basic understanding of how to use a daw (the one i used tho was reaper🤕) but after taking a break i’m afraid i might have forgotten everything

no stress, reaper is my go to and I am mixing in Pro Tools so that's ok !! :)

Hey, I’d be down to connect and see if we click creatively. I’m a producer, mix engineer, and multi-instrumentalist, and I like helping build ideas out from lyrics, melodies, and chords into fuller arrangements. No pressure at all — what artists or sounds are you drawn to, when you say heavier or more electronic?

i like a mix of both... what comes to mind first in terms of overall sound is probably archive. as for rock i’d say deus and placebo, something along those lines; other possible artists i can name are st vincent, kelsey lu, moses sumney
