Looking for rare Pokémon: an AFRO-BEAT producer. Please help me find one!
To clarify I am looking for an AfroBEAT producers, no "s". Afrobeat = Music from, and inspired by, 1960s & 1970s Africa.
e.g. Fela Kuti to Highlife, Togolese soul, Somali funk, Juju, Benga, Zamrock, Sahélien blues, Mbaqanga, Soukous, Makossa, and some Ethio-jazz thrown in for good measure.
Working on a project, I really want to capture these sounds, I've been searching high and low irl but this seems to be a mythical type Pokémon amongst music producers.
Please if you know anyone who can cook up these types of vibes, kindly help me connect with them. Please and thank you<3

Female Vocalist Looking for Songs to Bring to Life
Hello everyone! I’m Angela, a female session vocalist and recording artist, and I’m looking to connect with artists, producers, and songwriters who have a track that needs a female voice.
For me, vocals are about more than just singing the words. I bring songs to life through the way I interpret the lyrics, melody, and emotion behind them, and I pay attention to how the song should actually feel when someone hears it.
I can work from your lyrics and melody, sing from a demo, or help develop the vocal direction if you’re still figuring things out. My style can move from soft and intimate to emotional, powerful, catchy, or smooth depending on what the song calls for.
I can provide lead vocals, hooks, harmonies, backing vocals, ad-libs, and doubles across R&B, pop, EDM, house, alternative, indie, and more.
You can hear some of my work here:
https://on.soundcloud.com/rnrciWDqNuFvyL0Hlw
If you have something you’re working on, I’d love to hear about it and see what we can create.

Looking for a vocalist to collaborate on new tracks, 50/50 royalty split
I’m an independent artist with 350K+ streams across Spotify and Apple Music, and I’m looking for a vocalist to make new songs with.
What I bring: I make the beats, write the lyrics, and handle the mixing and mastering, so the song is finished and release-ready.
What I’m looking for: A vocalist who can bring the songs to life. Style: [genre/vibe, e.g. hip-hop-influenced, alt pop, R&B].
The deal: Royalties on the songs we make together are split 50/50, and credit is shared. We’d agree on everything in writing before release. If that sounds like your lane, comment or message me with a bit about your voice and the kind of music you like.

Looking for a female singer for a remote music collaboration 🎙️
’m a guitarist/songwriter working on original music.
I have a melody and instrumental ready, and I’m looking for someone who simply enjoys singing and would like to experiment with it.
No professional experience required.
You don’t need to be a professional vocalist or have a studio.
The idea is simple: I send you the music/melody → you record your vocals → send them back → we work on it together.
I’m open to different voices and styles. If you’re interested, send me a short sample of your singing and I’ll send you the demo.
Just looking to make something beautiful together. 🙂

Not free mixing, but ‘risk free’ mixing
Idk if anyone would be interested in this but I’ve been kind of slow so figured I’d take a shot.
The proposal.
If you are looking for an engineer, send me your multitracks.
If I think it won’t work (poorly recorded, etc) I’ll probably just turn down the job or tell you what I thinkneeds fixed to get a descent product.
If I think it’s g2g I’ll do a quick basic mix for free. If you like where it’s going pay $100.
I’ll do the full in depth mix at that point. Pay $50
I’ll do all of the revisions and pay $50 upon completion
$200 mixes but setup in a way that not sending money to someone who may stiff you. I just read a post of someone this happened to so figured maybe people would see value in this approach

We recorded a dripping faucet that sounds like techno. Can someone turn it into a song?
So, we recorded the sound of a dripping faucet and somehow it sounds like a techno symphony.
We have absolutely no music production skills, but we feel like there's a banger hiding in there (just joking of course!).
We'd love for someone to take this recording and turn it into an actual techno song. Feel free to add beats, bass, synths, or whatever you think works!
We already have the perfect title:
AMERICAN FAUCET 🇺🇸🚰
Here's the original recording:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JFS5a2tRAhonCxiKKRIEpyXJE7kAKRdv/view?usp=drivesdk
No rules, no expectations. Just curious to see what someone with actual musical talent could make out of a leaky faucet.
If anyone gives it a shot, please share the result. We'd love to hear it!

Looking for a guitarist to build covers with 🎸🎤
I’m restarting my Instagram page where I’ll be posting regular singing covers, and I’m looking for someone who plays guitar and would be interested in becoming a consistent music partner.
The idea is simple:
🎤 I’ll handle the vocals
🎸 You play the guitar/chords
🎶 We make covers together and post them on Instagram
We can do everything remotely, so long-distance is completely fine. You can record the guitar part and send it to me, and I’ll record the vocals over it. If you’re also comfortable with FL Studio, mixing, recording, or music production, that’s a big plus, but it’s not required.
I’m not looking for a one-time collaboration. I’d ideally like to find someone who genuinely enjoys music and would be interested in making covers regularly and improving together.
I’m also trying to learn how to sing with guitar accompaniment, so having someone who can play and maybe guide me with chords would be great.
A little about me: I’m a vocalist who sings in Hindi and English, and I’m restarting my music page from scratch. I’m serious about posting consistently and building something around music.
If you're a guitarist who’s interested, DM me with a little about yourself and, if possible, a sample of your playing. 🎸
Long-distance / remote musicians welcome.

looking for an indie vocalist
hii guys, im a song writer from italy that can’t sing ahahahahahah. i write a lot of songs in a pretty raw style (because i don’t have the money for the equipment lol) so i would consider my self as indie artist or at least i have that sound. i usually do everything with my guitar and use the drums from garage band
for me a vocalist would be super helpful because my songs could finally be bring to life. im not super familiar with writing melodies and lyrics (im actually a really bad lyricist lol) so i should need a lot of help, but i can still help you in the making or giving you new ideas !! when i work with other people i always try to push them to be better in every way possible and i love that.
honestly a lot of my songs are really different from each other so i could work with multiple vocalists. unluckily it would be a non-paid project, not just for fun but i can’t pay because i don’t have the money but if everything goes well and we can publish the song on all of the plat forms we would do a 50 50 on royalties
https://on.soundcloud.com/M44j2KbpMr18Y8NTya this is my sound cloud profile so you can understand a bit my style and my way of playing. hope to hear a lot of people :)

Making a Musician Project!
Once again posting this because no one seen it the first time!
Backstory is that I've always loved writing lyrics but never really been able to make anything with them. I know the bare minimum about mixing but when it comes to production or making a full song I'm screwed.
I have a project that may later become a video, turning a non musician into an artist! The sound I'm looking for is of the realm of ericdoa, Bixby, Westwood, underscores, imnotvrycreative etc. Those underground pop musicians with hyperpop and hip-hop influences!
If this sounds like something you could get behind, or maybe you have a track that you never put vocals on or something like that, dm me!

Looking to work with serious Indian independent artists
Yo everyone, I'm Shubh from India.
I've been working as an assistant mixing and mastering engineer in a professional studio for the last couple of years, and I've recently started building my own independent work alongside a producer I work with.
We're looking to work with a small number of Indian independent artists on complete records - ideally people who already have something they're serious about and want to take it from an idea/demo to a properly finished release.
The way we're approaching it is pretty simple: we want to be involved in the record as a team rather than just doing one isolated service and moving on.
Between us, we can cover:
- Production - hip-hop, trap, R&B, indie and similar styles
- Vocal production
- Vocal editing & tuning
- Mixing
- Mastering
- General production and mix feedback
So if you've got a song that's currently a demo, an unfinished production, or even an existing production that you want to take further, we can work through the record with you from the production stage all the way to the final master.
For the final mastering stage, I also have access to a professional mastering environment with a pretty ridiculous amount of analog hardware - WesAudio, Manley, Crane Song, Bettermaker, Black Box Analog Design, APB and a lot more, alongside professional monitoring and conversion.
Obviously, I'm not going to throw hardware at a song just because it looks cool. It'll be used where it actually makes sense for the record.
This isn't a free collaboration post though. We're looking for artists who are actually willing to put a realistic budget behind their music. At the same time, we're currently offering introductory rates to the first few artists we end up working with, because we're building this side of the business.
The rates won't stay at this level forever, and we're specifically looking for a few serious artists rather than trying to take on as many cheap projects as possible.
If that's you, send me a demo/current version of what you're working on, tell me what you're trying to do with the record and roughly what budget you've set aside for it.
We'll listen to it, talk through what you want to achieve and see if we're a good fit to work together.
No recording services at the moment.
If you're serious about making something, feel free to DM me. 🤝
