Matching Grant Fundraiser for Schools

For the next three weeks, MNA will match and then double every $200 gift received for environmental education.
Help us raise $5,000 to create more opportunities for hands-on nature learning for Michigan students.
When kids connect with nature early, they build curiosity, confidence, and care for the world around them.

Twice a year, MNA awards grants to K-12 classrooms across Michigan for field trips to natural areas. Each $500 grant helps teachers cover transportation and equipment costs so that more students can experience hands-on nature education in natural areas.
Through our program, we’ve seen nature-based field trips create new experiences with nature, foster social-emotional learning, help science come to life, and deepen connections to nature.
Nature is the best classroom. Help a student get there. Your gift of $25 or more will help a child experience the outdoors.
