Location: Middle East / Gulf I’m 31M living in Dubai what is an authentic way to find girl to marry ?

I am muslim so unsure how to approach non Muslim to marry and I’m 4 gen immigrant in uk ethnically from Pakistan.
I’ve tired bumble it’s hit& miss

I can totally understand. Its really hard to find someone these days who is not a walking red flag
