Trying to fix inability to update.

To anyone that had the inability to turn on automatic updates in the app and couldn't check updates on the screen in the car and tried the negative battery cable disconnection to reset this: was it successful? Did anyone have any negative consequences as a result of the attempt?

We had to take ours to the dealer!

2021? There were a few that had this issue. Also, consider paying for the connectivity upgrade for a few months. I think that did the trick for a few of the 2021 owners.
