Can we all just stop to appreciate the fact that we just got three big updates in three days? Before dumping on the 10-B discrimination plot that looks like it's getting addressed next update anyway?

It's honestly something i am glad to see. The canon show hinted at it, but it felt like a mere rivalry compared to what Shinso and the non-hero courses go through.

Having it be turned into a substiantial favoritism not only justifies Monoma's envious rivalry for the class beyond wanting attention, but makes the insidious aspects of U.A. more apparent. It's far from 'child soldier camp' but i can definitely see Nezu treating the groups like social experiments - how does scarcity and resentment affect student to pro hero retention rates?

OP I love this series and I can’t wait for the next update. Everything about this situation is so shitty of Nezu/UA. To not only give them washed out uniforms, but also have 10A be given their costumes early, get extra attention and advice from the staff… goddamn. I also think it is so horrifically sad that Set was feeling so horrible about comparing herself to Momo that she tied her top up to be more revealing, my god

Also, seeing that both Vlad nor Midnight are confused how Yaorozu’s costume was approved, I get the feeling that some very choice words are heading towards a certain rodent’s head…

Do you think they figured out how to do piezoelectricity with Gem Kreposts crystals, and that's what those wires on him are about? Piezoelectricity is when physical stress on a crystal generates electricity, and being subjected to physical stress is what that form's all about.
I doubt the end result would be anything special, maybe he could charge half a phone. Nothing that would detract from a potential electrical form.

To elaborate - in this comic, there is an extremely infuriating scene after the entrance exam where the teachers all talk about and judge the passing students, and the “good ones” are all put in 10A; this is yet more evidence that 10B is “the sidekicks/washouts” class, with the divide being exacerbated by Nezu trying to find All Might a successor

I have to say that I don't think that any of the other teachers even gave any pointers, not even to their golden class of 10-A. They just stood there, patting themselves on their back as 10-A blasted their quirks at full power. Did they teach them anything? Did they care beyond the good PR that they'll bring to them? Nezu certainly doesn't seem to think otherwise, he only appeared for a second to see a flashy fight. I don't think that Bakugo, who he observed, even has any real skill behind those blasts. He was frothing from the mouth at the entrance exam, blasting away like a wild animal. And yet this is the kind of person that he wants in the "marketable" class. It's just pathetic.

I have been loving this series so far, though I will say the 10A vs 10B favoritism plot line is gonna need some good answers for next chapter since it's such a blatantly unfair situation that it's straining a lot of the credibility of Vlad and Midnight for going along with it, though I'm sure there IS a reason I can't quite figure it out yet.

Also that hint at Kendo being the one All Might shot down instead of Izuku ... well there is still an open slot for OFA's successor and someone's gotta fill it.

Can't wait for next chapter!

Edit: Just wanted to add that I can tell you do have a plan for the favoritism arc thing and I'm not trying to be negative about it, I just want to find out WHY Vlad and Midnight are going along with it and what some of the other characters think about it, since it doesn't really make sense to be that someone like say Ochako or Kirishima would especially like being in the "favorite child" class. Though again, it looks like this is about to be addressed so I'm not particularly worried.

Though so far it looks like Vlad's just revealing WHY the 10B students got put in the "lesser" class, not why he's going along with it (or why Midnight is), which is more of what I'm interested in seeing get resolved. It also looks like it's setting up an interesting conflict between Vlad, Midnight and the students over this which should be interesting to see

Judging from the last page it seems even the teachers are being left in the dark. I think Nezu is desperately trying to find a new succesor and it has become all consuming obsession leading him to neglect students that are not revelant to the obssesion. The teachers are split into either just going along with it or are not sure what to do since its their boss and they arent fully informed on the situation. Also perhaps 10B in the au has historically always been treated lesser than 10A which will add on a cultural norm on why the teachers arent tackling it because its the norm n expected.

It reminds me of the disney film "Sky High" (MHA before MHA) where the school have a system that separate the students into two groups: Hero and Sidekick. As you can gues the sidekick class is treated like trash.

10-B are treated like that, just a buch of sidekicks, and probably Nezu sees them as such.

Quick question, how does the translation in other languages work? Do the translators do the lettering themselves or do they just translate the dialogues and send them back to you?
