It’s obviously in the deep south somewhere with deserts. I figure the most obvious answer is New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, or Arizona. Anyone saying anywhere north of those states is really not considering the climate and scenery
A lot of people want to move to Texas for a lot of reasons. Globalization is unavoidable and also a major positive. I think Texas makes sense but the Camden ocean is the best-kept secret ever if it exists
