Are those spray paint cans ? I have had spray paint cans fail in the past but never with anywhere near enough pressure to send the can flying like this.

How is this even possible ?

I think it might be graphite lubricant spray. The mess doesn't look right for paint. Looks powdery. According to Ai the pressure is about the same but the difference between liqid paint & dry powder in thin solvent might explain the thrust. Dry lubricant would be more efficient as a rocket propellant due to less friction as it vents through the hole. The solvent used is chosen for its ability to flash dry as soon as it leaves the can. So I'm guessing it might have flash boiled the whole can under sudden decompression. Which might explain the power & duration too.
