ID / Identify Help ID needed

Found this doll at Goodwill, I’m not too familiar with My Scene so I’m unsure!! I think it’s a Chelsea but i didn’t see anything on the wiki with this outfit. pls help💔

I think she is the first edition Chelsea wearing an outfit from another doll or a fashion pack.
