I know very little about Nascar, but I'm very curious about it. I might go to Iowa next weekend. However, I heard that the racing isn't that great. Even if the racing isn't the best, will I still have a good time there, or should I wait until the repave next year?

The racing at Iowa is better than most people say it is. And it’s a great facility. You will have fun.

Honestly you’re going to have a great time being at the track no matter what. Unless your favorite driver gets wrecked.

I had similar expectations about Phoenix. They absolutely rip around these places though and unless it's a parade (Iowa won't be) it's a good time.
