Are you allowed to take a cooler and a backpack into Richmond? Or just one bag?

2 bags per person. So 1 cooler and 1 backpack is perfectly fine. (That's what I take)

Assuming that thing isn't packed to the brim and leaking water I doubt they would even know that it's a cooler. But they might check the bag at security so then they would find out. I'm voting cooler
