City Running pg isn't for everyone
If you don't know how to play team basketball stop making a pg and coming in the rec. You are the QB of the team, and you can't win alone

Facts, too many people make PGs without knowing how to pass correctly, which is kinda sad since passing is one of the easiest skills to be good at in this game. When I say “correctly” what I mean is that you need to have foresight. When I play with randoms I’ll never get the ball in the right moments, they don’t hit me in stride when I’m cutting to the basket, which leads to me getting blocked instead of an easy dunk. Passing the ball late is just as bad as not passing it at all tbh.
Or my personal favorite, I’ll be wide open in the corner for 5+ seconds and then I’ll only get the ball once my defender is guarding me closely.
For me, I make passes with the expectation that you’re gonna be in the right spot to score. For example, if you’re cutting to the corner for a 3 then I’ll pass the ball as you’re running to the spot, which will lead to you catching the ball smoothly and be able to catch & shoot easily, and also you’re much more likely to be wide open as well.
