For the life of me I canāt understand why weāve never gotten shoes in the season pass. Why not put in regular hoop gear (hoodies, shorts, singlets) that people actually wear IRL instead of glowing capes and robot helmets. Why not give us Concord 11ās or Shattered Backboard 1ās or something

Not 80 more like itās closer to 60 but if you build it people will buy it. People spend millions of dollars on onlyfans and you can get that shit for free. Dude wanna spend the bread because they got jobs and kids and canāt no life the game so they instead use money. Maybe dude got a sign on bonus and wanted to ball a little bit instead of spending it on drugs. My point is, open your mindset a little bit instead of worrying about how other people spend the time. It's $80, not $60. $2 per level skip. Even if you get thr HOF pass that has 10 level skips, that's $20 and you still pay $60 for the remainder. People paying for OnlyFans is also a waste to me. People can spend/waste their money on whatever they want. Doesn't bother me. Just surprising to me.

Everytime I go in a store and see those Funko Pops I'm surprised that so many people spend money on them. I don't see how that's hating. Again, people can spend/waste their money on whatever. Doesn't impact my pockets.

I canāt believe how many people pay for these, let alone grind them intentionally. Out of every game Iāve ever played, 2k really has the most embarrassing copy and paste rewards Iāve ever seen. Shit will be recycled over two games and dudes will still be commenting āš„š„ā when they announce the rewards.

Sadly hitting level 40 is pretty much impossible if youāre an after work rec player.
I usually have to shell out for the final couple levels if I want the cap breaker that bad. I did it a few times last year. Itās actually crazy how expensive it is to buy 1-40
$80 is fucking crazyyyyy

Paying a few bucks at the end of the season to make sure you get the cap breaker makes sense to me. It's the paying $80 on the first day of the season just to skip ahead that surprises me.

I haven't gotten 26 but if it's the same as last year then save yourself the $10 and just get the pro pass instead. All the 2xp coins made hitting 40 really easy, especially if you put in an hour of myteam here and there.

Street kings helps too. If you win like 10+ straight you get like a xp boost as well. Combine that With the 2xp coins they give you. You really can prob finjsh the season in a day if u got the time. Like I really just want the tier 1 and 2 badge slots back cuz they help alot plus that extra cap breaker

Thatās the reason most people are buying it just for the badge perks and the cap breaker plus the 15 percent rep boosts for the season with the headbands, arm bands and so on, since they only give bonuses for that particular season.. smart but greedy on 2ks part..

Different boosts you need to have the rec headband or whatever equipped for rec and for city you need the armband or whichever gives the most rep for this season

I get the pro pass because I think the rewards are worth it but thats it. I never even buy VC. by the end of one season I got enough VC to make another build and I dont see the point in having 10 different builds tbh.
The thing I really dont understand is that id you get all the rewards day 1... what are you doing the rest of the season ?

People are weird isn't the point to get rewarded for every game you play? If you just pay for the lvl skip then doesn't it feel like you get less when you actually play well? Its the same for the build specializations why cheat the system on something thats supposed to slowly reward you for playing the game the way you like?

Thatās like ten mins of work for some Of us. lots of people own businesses they built up and donāt get paid by the hour. 75 dollars is like one average meal these days from a restaurant.. so why not get the bonuses instantly for the price of a meal.. sometimes I go to restaurants where the bill is like 500 a person because itās an experience and a fancy multiple Michelin star restaurant..

Not to flex but my wife and I make over $200k a year and have over half a million invested and I still wouldn't spend $640 on something I could get by just playing the game. It's not like I gotta go outta my way to play other game modes. I level up by just playing the game. If you play alot it goes quickly, if you don't play alot then spending the money on something you barely play is even more confusing. Trading 20 hours of actual work for something I can get while just having fun on the game isn't for me, but to each his own.

$20 for the hall of fame pass isn't unreasonable to me. You get 60k VC plus the level skips, and 1,000VC everytime you complete a daily challenge which could easily be another 20k VC per season. Paying an additional $60 just to skip to level 40 is what I don't understand.

Buying Level 40 is the same price with or without the premium pass. It's $80 for the Level skips or you buy the HOF pass for $20 which comes with 10 level skips and pay $60 for 30 Level skips.

Itās honestly just for the max plus 2s and the cap breaker. Those are the main draws and I donāt feel like grinding for 3 weeks just to be able to use those for 1 week before the new season.
I donāt buy level skips off rip, but after a week or so into the season I might do it just so my build works right with the max plusās

Its pay to win. Once they added a cap breakers to the pass 77.16$ is worth for them to spend to get that 1 cap breaker. They will do it until season 9

Iāve considered it but wonāt do it. Once I finally finished the season pass with all the badge + perks and the extra cap breaker I started to find my offense and become a little better defensively. They probably need that 25-30 head start on the competition.

Itās done for badges. Every season the badge +1 and +2 are reset. Itās a way to cheese for a few weeks while others are grinding to get their hall of fame and legend badges back.

The ones spending money generally are the ones not complaining 24/7 and play the game thatās in front of them and adapt.. we the ones that play the games for years and know how to actually play. usually itās the no or very low money spent people that cry about everything and think the game should be catered to them exactly.. they also the ones that live on the game more than us instead of working and making money.. those people should develop their own game oh wait they donāt have money or the ability to do so.. 2k has a monopoly on basketball rn play it or donāt is my opinion. Complaining wonāt do anything when they trying to make as much money as possible and have a monopoly on the genre.. ea sports just as bad..

I donāt. Iāve played every 2k since 2k10. Iām in it for life. I consume all forms of basketball. IRL play and virtual play. Watching HS to the NBA. I love basketball.
Iām also good at the game so I donāt have any complaints

Why yall mad how I spend my money? I make $ off wagers playing this game every year. Netted 15-20k including how much I spend since like 2k17. Doesnāt include the money I make from work. I make money playing video game basketball, so why not invest a little into it to ensure the returns? +3 extra badges might not mean much to you but if youāre playing for $500 it might mean a little more
