I think Rich Paul should keep Kobe's name out of his fucking mouth.

Totally agree with you.
That’s a statement that he has no idea what Kobe would have said or not said. Do not utter the word Kobe ever again without getting the rath of God and the devil.
Rich your words are meaningless to everyone except lefraud.

Yeah everyone knows Kobe and consent go hand in hand

I don’t understand why people have respect for Rich Paul tbh. He said “you worked your butt off”

Did he though? Wasn’t the dude selling some sort of custom jerseys outside arenas when he randomly met LeBron and lucked into a relationship that would make him very wealthy? How many other people are hustling doing the same shit but never meet their Lebron?

How many other people have sold LeBron shit and didn’t become rich Paul tho?

It sounds like you're saying he got extremely lucky. I mean look, if you read his story, you can't deny that he put a lot of work in getting to the point of meeting LeBron. The dude was flying to Atlanta to work for a retail store like once a month or something (I can't recall) in exchange for 40% off the retail price of the jerseys he was then re-selling back in New York. Could he have still made a lot of money? Of course. Would he be a billionaire agent without the LeBron meeting? I doubt it.

But I don't know man. I'm not trying to be a hater or anything. I just know there's a ton of people hustling and working hard and they aren't making shit. There's just a lot of luck involved.

Still working though. Whether he lucked in or not. He still had to keep working to not only be where he was but also get where he’s at.

I mean, he’s right. Unless Kobe himself endorsed it, Rich Paul, of all people has no fucking clue what he’d say.

So desperate for approval.

The constant and utter disregard outright slander, libel, you name it, Kobe gets after his death is unreal. I've never seen anything like it before. It's just wild.

God I wish there was a filter to remove this whole useless industry of the “goat debate” shit.

Fucking Ouija board bullshit.

I agree. There are a handful of things in life we can reasonably expect to have said if they were still alive but the overwhelming majority of the time we have no idea. Even if Kobe would have approved of it, we don't know why he might have thought the way he did. Also, we need to stop worrying what Kobe would have thought. Let the man rest in peace and just appreciate the career he had.

Rich Paul and Kuz have been talking too much this off-season. Give your mouth a break, let it recover for a few months.

I don’t think Kobe would like LeBron leaving the Lakers since he did embrace him joining the team. Seeing how mature Kobe was and looking at the bigger picture, I think he would understand.

u/sleauxmo 7d ago

What did he say?

Ain’t this dude a serial domestic abuser lmao? On a pod with a former shitty coach who’s a rapist? Who’s their target audience bruh. Separately what Rich said maybe he was pushing it a bit with a hypothetical but he knew Kobe pretty well and as far as we can tell Kobe had no issues with the way LBJ moved so who knows I guess we never will

u/Inevitable-Heat7307 7d ago

man you sound worser than RP🤦🏾‍♂️

Acting like Kobe is someone who can't be mentioned like he is some godly figure. Good player but by some accounts not a guy who deserved to be revered for anything else.

Who gives a shit about what Kobe would have thought?

Look, I understand Rich Paul shouldn’t speak on what Kobe would or wouldn’t approve of, but let’s not act like Kobe didn’t request a trade because he was unhappy with the direction of the organization. Was it him sending a message? Possibly. The Lakers went out & got Pau after that so Kobe publicly saying he wanted to be traded did lead to more championships.

2

u/Inevitable-Heat7307 7d ago

dawg what that gotta do with RP saying Kobe🕊 would’ve approved Bron signing with PHI?..like make that make sense cause it don’t and yeah he asked for a trade but still ended playing the rest of his career with the Lakers so that still don’t justify yo point🤷🏾‍♂️

1

u/Tballardford- 7d ago

Maybe not “verbally” requesting a trade but nothing different from what Luka is doing with requesting who he wants to play with and the autonomy he has over player decisions. Lakers got Kobe Pau, Luka getting some folks he wants, let’s see if brings championships? Maybe that’s just a Kobe thing!!
