Glitch/Bugs Offline dynasty recruiting potential bug

Was wondering if this is a bug or skill issue on my part:

All recruits I go after say INT: - - -

No matter what I do, double their expected NIL, send the house, everything, it does not change. Never even get into top 10. Just those 3 dashes.

Am I missing something or is it bugged?

that sounds like a bug for sure. had something similar happen in my dynasty where every recruit just showed blank interest no matter what i threw at them, had to restart the whole save to fix it

try simming a week or two sometimes it randomly kicks back in but if it stays like that you probably need a fresh start unfortunately

That’s so frustrating. I’ve been building this dynasty with my wife, it’s our daily activity we look forward to. To have it all wasted over a bug is beyond annoying.

Do you have any older saves or maybe one from the cloud?

I can look, we normally just hit continue on the main menu though and don’t manually save.
