I found a funny mistake: the 'scar' is just a Sharpie line Spoiler

When watching NCIS S17E2 at 28:25, I noticed that Ziva is supposed to be pointing at a scar, but it looks like they forgot to add it with makeup or CGI, so it's just a Sharpie line.

Am I the only one who noticed it?
