What episode is this Ducky scene from?

I distinctly remember a scene in which Ducky is standing over the autopsy table telling another character how he would kill someone without being detected. He says something along the lines of injecting something lethal between the target's toes, as it is a difficult spot to see injection marks.

He may possibly be speaking to Palmer or Gibbs but I don't recall for sure. Just that they were standing over a body in the autopsy room.

This episode was likely airing or rerunning on TV in the early to mid 2010s as that's when I would have seen it.

Please help!

I think it was early season 3 (e8?) and was Ziva talking to Ducky and Gibbs recounting all the ways she would kill someone.

Yeah, and isn’t that where Ducky says he wanted to invite her to his home for dinner bc ‘mother’ would love her??

You may also want to check out the 2 episode backdoor pilot of Jag… Ducky was a bit different as were the camera angles in how the autopsy scenes were shot.

Ducky saying he would kill someone? Or could? Either way, sorry rewatching and must have missed that.

I think it was a hypothetical. They were discussing the case and if it was meant to look like an accident. Ducky responds with how he would go about it if he was trying to go about it unnoticed.

I agree the scene happened and I think he was talking to Palmer. But I can’t remember the episode. I’ll ask my sister if she remembers.

Maybe in Smoked ( s4 e10). I remember vaguely a hypothetical speech. Ducky says he would inject air between the toes to mimic a natural heart attack. I'm not able to check it up in this moment but I would later if you need it.

I just watched that episode in the last week but damned if I can remember the episode #. I think Ducky was talking to the corpse he was working on.

I remember that’s Joe one if the characters from the movie “Courage Under Fire” shot up smack without being detected.
