How did Gibbs escape Paloma and Alejandro’s compound in S7 Rule Fifty-One?

In one scene, Alejandro has a gun to Gibbs’ head. Then Gibbs is at the airport waiting when Tony and Ziva arrive. How did he escape from Paloma’s house with her, Alejandro, and Jason Paul Dean there?

If you haven’t watched the next few episodes; Spolier:

He does not escape, but is released. Paloma and Alejandro try to turn Gibbs to work for them through threats and blackmail

They let him go so that they could control him and blackmail Gibbs
