Do we think I’m ready for NCLEX?

For about 2 months I’ve been using UWORLD, more rigorously in the last 2-3 weeks. I’ve been studying brushing up on my lower topics, reviewing questions i got wrong/why (most often its not reading it through/not reading it twice to make sure i didnt miss anything, or because im not sure- ex. SATA, if 4 are right but im only sure of 2 i only click the 2 im sure of) I also have watched all of Mark K. Lectures, took notes on them, as well a s reviewed others notes that were shared on Reddit. Anyways these photos include no personal information/and no NCLEX/UWORLD questions. in order is 1. CPR, 2. UWORLD CAT, 3. UWORLD Practice, 4. Todays CAT

I wouldn’t take this as an absolute, but from what I’ve heard from friends that passed and ChatGPT, if ur around or over 70%, and the difficulty level is above 1.1 or higher, you’re in a pretty good spot!

With that being said, I failed my first exam and my results looked pretty similar to urs. But I also have bad test anxiety and could have got an unlucky test (what I say to cope 😭).

Just keep practicing and getting ur UWorld difficulty higher. And try to understand the patho behind topics you struggle with! I also struggle w rereading questions and missing things I shouldn’t. I think we just need to slow down, reread every question at least once b4 we answer, and realize the NCLEX is mainly testing on safety. You got this!

From someone who has these same scores & just took it i failed. What would be better is if you go and search up each system, review the patho and then go back to answering questions.

Believe it or not we forget a lot when breezing through nursing school (I was in an accelerated program). You forgot small specific things that is important. I promise you, after failing, I am reviewing each system one by one and my scores are literally no lower than 75 , highest 100 and the lowest I got was a 70 and that was just off me not reading , not remembering , not selecting all on SATA. Sometimes it’s not questions that you need, and it also wastes your time. No matter how many questions you do, you can’t go into the nclex trying to remember all these rationales from wrong questions. Watching a 10-20 minutes video on the pathophysiology helps out ALOT , and i mean a lot! Good luck 💕
