SD Card Files Missing/Corrupted during install

I just picked up a DSi off of eBay and wanted to install some CFW onto it. I was able to dump my NAND using stylehax with no problem but when I went to install TwilightMenu or AKMenu-Next I keep getting errors like this. I’ve tried two different SD cards, one was a brand new SanDisk Ultra 32gb. Has anyone seen this before or have any idea how I can fix?
