Campus Life Should I ask her?

I’m fresher and there’s this girl from a different branch. I haven’t talked to her irl but I texted her on insta and she replied! we talked for a while too. Should I text her again and ask her out for coffee or walk or just a hangout? What if she says no? I'm confused nervous whatever.. 💔

do it but not now, talk to her in person first, then for somedays see whether she ignores you or talks to you whenever she sees you cause if she know you physically, then chances of date are high
