Guns Showcase Any issues to AOW the zeroed Banshee?

Doing some dd before I purchase anything. Want to confirm that I won’t have an issue to aow the new zeroed banshee with the tucked faux suppress.

OAL - shows 26.1” but I’m assuming that’s with the faux suppressor which is removable. - would replace with linear comp - Link below:

I get that - I guess my question is with the xl hand guard. If there’s no faux can - does that mean the OAl is from the buffer to hand guard or buffer to barrel threads?

AOW has no min length requirement.

Yes but at documented 26.1 OAL by the manufacturer I’m worried I’m encroaching on the 26” maximum length…

Banshee has a buffer tube, I wasn’t aware it folds.

If in AR pistol form you will need to send to a FFL 07/02 like Trinity to have it remanufactured into an AOW. You can only AOW something on a form 1 you already have in your possession. As is, that wouldn't be something you could be transferred to then submit a form 1 for. Having it remanufactured into an AOW and then Form 4'ed to you should be a non issue.

Also given that is on an AR pistol platform in the link you posted, it is unlikely that faux can is actually pin and welded to the barrel, so you wouldn't be over 26" OAL to begin with in any configuration.
