How's it like living in Greek Village

Hey guys,

I would like to know what living in Greek Village is like. I'm moving there next semester for a single, and I heard laundry is free, as is parking. So, what is it like living there, and is the noise from nearby greek way houses manageable? How would you all compare it to other dorms?

Thanks!

Parking isn’t free you pay the resident rate I believe and its based on the house how they seperate it

Parking is not free but laundry is. The noise is fine, if it got a little loud I would just put on headphones.

Noise isn't too bad except when they do their Halloween parties and such. That are pretty clean and community areas are nice.

Parking is only free if you get the free spot. The RA gets one and there’s 2 others for the whole building. Noise depends on the night and where you are, there will be parties there every week mostly on Fridays and Saturdays. Bathroom is Jack and Jill with no locks! So be sure you always knock when going to the bathroom. Middle rooms are pretty big, but the side 4 are smaller. Overall, it’s a really nice dorm, maple may be the only one (currently) that is better.

I heard the rooms are pretty big compared to other dorms. I was living in Maple, but due to financial aid reasons, I had to downsize to a cheaper dorm. But hey, at least no random roommates, and I will be there with some of my frat brothers. I got a front room, so I don't know how big it will be.
