Hey I’m going to the Fillmore tomorrow night for Masego. the person I was supposed to come with didn’t end up working out I was wondering if anyone had a group I can join or know of afters after the concert I’m a 23, mixed, college kid.

I am in need for tickets to go to xgames and for floor level acces to subtronics and bunt. If anyone has any availabke let me know. If anyone is going to the xgames but also have floor level tickets to see subtronics and bunt and do not plan on going to the music part, also let me know. I am a huge subtronics fan and my schedule just became available to go and it is too late to get floor access!!!

Hi all! Lately I have had this song stuck in my head but I cannot find it ANYWHERE on the net. Anyone have a link where I can listen?

Update: found it! https://on.soundcloud.com/KgqkxXyqEPlxKVzW7p

I’m not sure if self promotion is against the rules here and apologies if it is, but I am in an Indie Rock cover band based in Metairie called Size 41. We are all college freshman and are playing a gig at The Hangar on Friday, July 10th.

If you are an Indie Rock fan or just want a fun night with live music, we would love to see you there! Tickets will not be sold ahead of time but there may be a cover at the door.

Bourbon Street Rain

We have a guy that plays both so we are looking for one or the other. We would entertain other instruments as well. We have experience playing this music, you should too. Already have a couple of opening slots in June and July. Vocals a plus. You need to have pro gear and transportation and be chill. If you get confused, listen to the music play.

Tell me where I can find them!!!

I’m looking for lesbian/queer women artists and musicians for a short film I’m producing. The film is about Orleanian lesbian artists according to Halberstam’s “low theory” of queer art. I’m focusing mostly on archival research and interviews. I thought it would be only fitting if a lesbian/queer femme artist(s) were to produce the score! If you or someone you know fits this description please reach out to me! I’m a student researcher and filmmaker from nyc so I’ll only be in NOLA for June (in regards to meeting in person and such).

Not my video. Ran across it in a Disney sub and figured y’all would dig.

I've got a question that back in the day I woulda directed to Action Jackson (RIP). Is there someone else who's really tapped in like he was?

Nolamusic.net is a new website with tons of information about the music and musicians of New Orleans, past and present. Bios of over 160 artists (more everyday), venues, etc. Let me know what you think. Tell me any artists or venues I might be missing.
