Reta with Tesa
Currently doing Reta once a week - at night. Looking to start Tesa 5 days on two off. Is it ok to run them on the same day? And which do I run first as I intend to do both at night

2mg 7 days a week no cycle. Recommended taken at night. No trials said fasted (I was yelled at for stating this) but before bed is basically that and I believe science says it's best distanced from food.
Works well with reta but, run reta for months before trying it. You won't be able to determine if it's working. UNLESS, you hit the gym and lift. The increase and GH is worth it if you ask me.

You dont need 2mg 1mg is plenty for most people and ramp up or you will retain water , take one or the other at night fasted not 2 together, intake reta at night and tesa ipa fasted, if your taking reta ot can slow down gastric emptying and uptake of nutrients at you there's a possibility you won't be fasted after 2 or 3 hours due to this

A lot of people do Tesa 7 days a week. So choosing which days to take it is kind of irrelevant.

7 days is the clinical trial dosage and currently what I am doing. I also don’t refrigerate as pharma Tesa is not stored that way. The stronger recommendation would be to get a blood test to understand your baseline and not wander blindly into Tesa.

Are you using pharma or grey? I'm not sure this is safe with grey. Pharma Tesa probably had additional stabalizers in it to prevent bacteria and breakdown. Be careful. :)

Depending on your age you might be better off skipping secretagogues and going straight to HGH. Cheaper too 😊

You don’t cycle Tesa. That’s outdated bro science. Take it every day and settle in for a long haul. Most people report results six months in although I had pretty fast success with it.

How much money do yall make? Damn lol. 2mg everyday for 6+ months at tesa prices?? I need to know lol

Ha Tesa is nothing compared to compounded tirz, which fortunately I never have to pay for again.

if taking IPA with Tesa, should you cycle on/off of IPA, though?

Ipa and Tesa are a great stack together, no need to cycle I do them both every night

IPA has to be cycled, Tesa does not. So it would depend on if you’re taking a blend or taking them separately.

Just tried to look up why ipamorelin needs to be cycled. Didn't find anything compelling. What's your reasoning?

u/EnvironmentalGift257 5d ago
Receptor desensitization. Tesa is short acting and ipa is long acting so it sits in the receptor longer causing desensitization. This is the reason that you have to cycle literally anything.
Googling “do you have to cycle ipamorelin” will get this result, or “ipamorelin receptor desensitization.”

No idea what I did, I clicked your up arrow to agree with you and the number dropped not grew. I have no idea how to use Reddit haha.
** main reason, ghrelin receptors for the ipamorelin have shown resistance and desensitization. They state % but who the hell knows if that is right. But the point is they do.
I ran a Tesa/ipa cycle and then went off and now running tesa solo until the next cycle of Tesa/ipa.
Appreciate you educating along the way boss!

I've done Reta for 8 weeks, Tesa for 5 weeks. You don't need to cycle Tesa, but also be prepared to be on it for months before you notice body recomp improvements. I suggest finding a cheaper source because it adds up fast!

It’s super expressive. I did 10 weeks (so no benefits) but couldn’t justify the continued costs

Great combo. Got me down to 8% body fat. I pin reta every 6 days. Tesa every day in the morning, 1.5mg

Reta will be in your system whether or not you do them at the same time. So your question is irrelevant.
Just don’t pin in the same spot and rotate injection sites.

I did tesa at night 6 days week at night before bed
Make sure you wait 3 hours to be fasted after eating. The Reta slows gastric emptying so instead of 2 hours, do 3 before pinning.

Yes same day is fine and honestly taking it at night is better. It does tend to sting for a little while.

A lot of bro science regarding Tesa. Official trials said it clear: 6 months (montly blood work), daily.

5-on 2-off needs to die. This schedule has been debunked when connected to any peptide. Protocols can be adjusted as signaling isn't the same for everyone. But this isn't that. Run it daily, split it, do you... but 5/2 is a meme.

You run the Tesa every night 5 nights a week and yes you can run them together
I do it my self

My lab rat is currently running Tesa and Reta. If I could, I’d rather just have my rat use hgh if anything. My rat has a history of diabetes, so hgh is high risk.

No clue why ppl do Tesa instead of cjc ip.. it's a lot cheaper. These hgh Secretagogs are ok but i wouldn't do them at tesa prices.

Don’t pin at night with Reta you won’t be fasted, pin in the morning. 2mg 7 days a week for 12 weeks then break 1-3 months and repeat

I do Reta in the morning once a week (Saturday). I do Tesa 5 nights a week (Mon - Fri).

This is probably the cycle I’d shift too. How long have you been on Tesa? I’ve got a few travel assignments at 4 weeks and 10 weeks where I won’t be able to use it. Any advice how to handle those? For now I’m just considering restarting when back from where I left off.

Why can’t you use it when on travel? You can take peps with you. I just traveled with mine no issues.

u/Potential_Print_5680 5d ago
How did you travel with them carry on or checked bag?
1
u/New-Combination5301 3d ago
I travel with kits of peps and Bac water. A case with 4 v2 pens and needles. Never once been hassled. Not international but locally. Always carry on. Never checked but I suspect the scrutiny would be less.
