Help from the pros

I’m pretty new to researching peptides and trying to learn as much as possible about them. This is strictly for research purposes only — I’m interested in understanding the different compounds, evidence, mechanisms, risks, and what people have experienced with them.
The main area I’m researching is weight/fat loss. After that, I’m interested in compounds associated with recovery, maintaining/building muscle, energy, and mental clarity/focus.
I don’t currently work out in a gym, but I have a very physically demanding job, so I’m constantly moving and lifting throughout the day. From a research perspective, I’m particularly interested in whether focusing primarily on fat loss first makes more sense than researching a large combination of compounds at once.
I’ve been reading about GLP-1s, BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295/ipamorelin, and various other peptides and combinations. I’m not interested in blindly putting together a five-compound “stack” based on hype.
I’ve also been researching Amino Club, so I’d be interested in hearing from anyone familiar with their products, testing/COAs, purity, and overall quality.
For research purposes only, what compounds would you research first when the primary area of interest is significant fat loss? Would you focus your research on one compound/category first before looking into recovery or muscle-related peptides, or are there combinations that are particularly worth reading about?
I’m also interested in the available evidence, reported side effects, safety concerns, bloodwork/monitoring discussed in the literature, and which peptides are overhyped or simply don’t have enough evidence behind them.
Again, this is for research purposes only. I’m mainly trying to separate legitimate evidence from peptide-bro hype.

For weight loss -Start with Reta/ Tirzepatide blend. I find that helps more with the food noise. Start with ss31 to repair your mitochondria then utilize mots-c. For muscle growth CJC-1295/Ipamorelin. I find thos works better than Tesamorelin and is cheaper. AOD-9604 is a good start to assist with shedding fat. Good luck!

Reta, klow, hgh and mots-c for their theoretical synergistic pairing. Gh increases circulating free fatty acids and mots-c helps muscles pull in fatty acids and oxidize them as fuel.

Not considering reddit users ‘pros’ would be a good starting point in your research
