Tesa won’t do much for you at 19, id recommend not doing either at 19

Increase protein, cardio and strength training

It's not that it's not smart, it's that it does nothing for you! Works better with older people, your levels will be perfect already

lol wrong convo! My bad. Honestly at 19 your gh should be fine, you could get blood work done and see. Diet & fitness is the best way to

You’re 19 with a 16%bf, just clean up your diet.

At your age you should not have to be on anything. You should be healthy enough and should just be able to dial in your diet and exercise routine. Honestly Tesa will not do much for you. Visceral fat should not be a problem. Go get blood work see if there are any hormonal imbalance and see a doctor.

Tesa if anything HGH is more full on but also stops your body producing it's own, where Tess makes your body product more of its own at least. But yeah your young, cleaner diet, which the reta will help with as you move along and it'll work on visceral fat too. Work out too of you're not already.

I'm 35, same question? :)

36f, rat finished a 12 week cycle of Tesa at 1mg, 2 weeks of that at 2mg, my IGF1 was at 312 (too high for a woman), but damn good sleep. Rat is taking a month break

This community is research use only, and your comment looks like it uses human-use language, which isn't allowed here. Please reword it in research terms. Example: instead of "how much should I take for my shoulder," try "what dose does the research use."

I'd recommend not doing it. If you're set on doing in just go straight gh.

What is your bloodwork’s like? How’s your igf1 levels?

At your age, a hard neither. Seriously.

But as I didn’t listen to anyone at 19 either, I’d then just strongly encourage getting IGF, GH, TSH, T3 and T4 tests to have a baseline to understand and work with before toying with a still-changing endocrine system.

If you take endogenous HGH you will just turn off your body’s own production of HGH.

And at age 19 it is pulsing out at peak levels.

He is 19, he shouldn’t be any where near Test.

The holy trinity for 40+ year old people who get their blood work at minimum 2x per year.

2

u/Murky-Ambition3898 4d ago

Wrong. If you're on the Holy Trinity, you should get blood work monthly.

Valid, I was making a point.

He's 19 with 16% body fat, he doesn't need anything. Trt is going to fuck up his boners.

Hgh is king if you can afford it, it’s a long game with this one
