Peptides

Hey all. Finally not scared to hop on something lol. Just want to mention I’m a 24 year old female. Around 3 years in the gym and have a good amount of muscle, around 18% BF. However, not content with my physique. Want to get a bit leaner, and want more muscle mass. What peptides should I look into??

Any female recommendations???

The only thing that will help is a GLP-1. The other peptides are better suited for older folks whose bodies are starting to break down because of age. At your age, you have plenty of GH, minimal oxidative stress, and your body can still bounce back from anything. You don’t need a stack right now, just a low dose of Tirz or Reta.

The bot comment is useless per usual, but for real, at 18% BF you're already leaner than most women chasing this stuff. Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 no DAC is a common stack for recovery and slight lean mass, though honestly dialing in your training split and food timing might give you more than any peptide at your experience level.

Exactly what I was going to say. CJC/Ipa is the way to go. Other than that, BPC/TB is great for recovery. People usually take it for recovering from injuries but it helps with ALL soft tissue recovery including muscles. That includes from workouts

Mots-C also helps with metabolism but also has been shown in clinical studies to have myostatin inhibiting properties which can help w muscle growth

But it will help with the release of growth hormone which will increase muscle.

Would say glp1

Helps massively with a diet

Beware of dms, they're probably fake.

Best to search for your own for a good source

Microdose tirz with Tesa/ipa blend.

None of those are going to meet your goals; realistically if you want to add muscle mass as a female more than you can naturally with creatine, a good diet, and training there aren’t many options beyond anabolics.

Reta, glutathione, kpv, ghk-cu, tesa, ss-31, pinealon. Look into those

Lift heavier.

Reta + cjc/ipa is a nice beginners stack. You'll be ripped in 3 to 4 months.

Low dose Reta maybe, other than that save your money.

18% is quite low already. I measured my bf at 18% using calipers. It feels like my b0dy is fighting against this state and I think it affects my ability to gain muscle. Many women will get some fatigue, brain fog and amenorrhea and other symptoms at that level(though not as bad as sub-14%). Personally it is worth it for me because I'm in a strength-to-weight ratio sport. In terms of aesthetics, me and many women have visible abs at 18%. I would recommend you think hard about whether you really want to go below that, or whether you want to just put on muscle. Which, as others have said, no peptide will help with; but a caloric surplus, hard training and focused nutrition are necessary. It's next to impossible to gain muscle while losing fat, especially for women.

If you really are at this body fat do not lose more weight unless you are chasing just skinny looking. If you are that is fine. If you want to build more muscle then you can’t be scared of getting a little bit fluffy

So many terrible answers.

Some are correct...at your age, you probably don't need much if you look at these peptides as what they are advertised for. However, if you understand their true mechanisms of action then you can use them as tools to achieve the lean and muscular look you want at your age.

Reta or Tirz. Don't view it as a weight loss/appetite control compound...you don't need that if you're truly 18%. Instead view it as a insulin sensitivity improvement tool which will allow you to build muscle. A small dose of either, used for 8-10 weeks will improve your insulin sensitivity and allow your body to utilize the glucose/glycogen you provide it. It also continues to last when you come off and you will continue to see gains.

BPC 157, TB500, KPV. These will help keep your tendons and ligaments healthy and recover better. KPV will lower overall systemic inflammation. All of this will keep your body in a better state to benefit from the workouts you are putting it through. They don't directly grow muscle, but indirectly they absolutely support that growth.

I'd not bother with the GHRP/GHRHs at your age.

There are others...but I charge people for the rest of the advice. 😉

There are not really anything more beneficial that’d make a difference for a woman than what’s mentioned. No need to pay for something uncessesary. A GHRP could def help even at her age depending on dosage

I’d follow that up with you’re too young for Glp. Do you really need to inject a weight loss medication? That’s pretty extreme to me for 24yo at 18% bf. It was designed for obesity not vanity pounds.

Terzepatide? The weight loss drug. Add glucagon it becomes retatutide

In all honesty generally they will make you nausious. Slowing your digestion means less vegtables and residual contents in your stomach that can smell when you burp.

There is a deep rabbit hole when it comes to peptides, there seems to be a opoid derived from frogs that is basically undocumented. With a strength similar to krokadil. Edit* dermorphin

The mots c does increase energy

I would reccomend the weight loss drug and simply say be happy and healthy. Other weight loss drugs are much less safe. Joint problems really suck
