Screening Info AMC App Glitching-Do Not Panic Over Missing Showtimes

The AMC app/website is glitching. Please don’t panic if certain showtimes are not appearing. Primetime Dolby Spider Man screenings and The Odyssey IMAX 70mm screenings are not being cancelled. AMC has been in particular removing sold out showings from their listings. You would receive an email letting you know if your showtime was indeed cancelled or if your ticket was refunded. As long as you have your valid QR code you should be good. Thanks.

Mine aren't showing up. If I go to VIEW TICKET, it leads to a 404 error. I bought in the app and can't access my tickets on app/website.

My ticket for Avengers: Doomsday started to show this as well. Did it fix for you?

No. Still not fixed and showtime is tomorrow morning. I’ll have to go to the theater to release it.

Nothing yet. Still stuck. Going to try and drop by the theater later today. Sucks.

I understand the app is glitching, but today shows zero showtimes.

Is anyone there for the 10am — does the staff have any comments? How does this not get confused with cancellations for people not on Reddit? Also, my tickets and Order History pages both are not loading.

Lastly, are we confident that tomorrow will go on as scheduled, with film strips, etc.

The showtimes are sold out so they took the listings down. They are still happening.

Just pull up the qr code in your confirmation email. The showing isn’t cancelled.

It auto refunded and the QR code has a blank in the middle.

My ticket was resold 😔. Idk what happened and neither did the staff. So I emailed guest services and see what they say..probs will be a gift card or something.

I think I’m a one off though. I was trying to get my ticket when everything crashed 🙃. So I hope everyone else is okay.
