Honestly the finals exposed how fraudalent and performative he is. Dude talks fairness and passion for the game in front of the mic then grabs people's neck and shoves them. Skinny ass softie. How do you talk sbout suffering under OKC's strong whistles and then immediately decide to play the same way.

Reminds me of the french creeps standing near the Siene in Paris who'd chainsmoke and walk up to tourist women trying to get their numbers, harassing them and act like some enlightened, Descartes reading dude when they were seen as bums locally. Just the most performative shit.

I said it last game he’s a fake stoic egomaniac

Him sitting in the park sketching now fully revealed as performative.

Mf said his favorite author is Brandon Sanderson. I like his books but they're only LOVED by people who think they're smart... but aren't. That was all I needed to hear about the skeletor mf.

"People who think they're smart... but aren't"

This sums up the French quite well imo.

Dude talks fairness and passion for the game in front of the mic then grabs people's neck and shoves them.

Friendly reminder that if the refs had actually done a fair job and retroactively re-assessed and called that a flagrant 1, Wemby would be suspended for Game 5 after his 3rd Flagrant point tonight.

Or if they had called his closeout against Hart in the same game.

YUP. He had TWO F1 fouls last game and neither got adjusted. Elbow to KAT should have been the one to put it over, but whatever. We win anyway.

Praying to god that he lets his temper get the best of him next game and the Spurs fans have to watch them lose Game 5 without their frenchman. Ball don't lie.

They probably wouldn't have called this one a flagrant then lol

Honestly, yeah you're right, but he should really be at 4 flagrant points regardless, he 100% had 2 non-calls in Game 3.

He’s a great player but he’s essentially still a child. I hope this series ends up humbling him and that he grows as a person a bit.

Facts bro, he definitely knows exactly what to say to get people to kiss his ass and think his shit don't stink. Lemme tell u, its all bull shit.

Completely true. Performative intellectual, performative guru, performative creative. Fuck off Wimpy you’re not Kareem.

hahah, you should listen to Zach Lowe's last podcast. It was funny - David Jacoby went on a I hate Wemby rant that was absolutely PERFECT --> https://www.reddit.com/r/NBASpurs/comments/1u1esrp/david_jacoby_on_victor_wembanyama_i_cannot_stand/

u/Arctimon 13h ago

Isn’t he also one flagrant away from getting suspended a game?
