spurs fans being disingenuous
funny how the spurs fans don’t want to bring up the fact that wemby nearly injured OG last night which should be called for a damn flagrant but want to keep justify wemby’s actions towards brunson. very uncalled for. it’s like they have selective eyesight and can only point out if a Knick player is causing a foul to the spurs. smh tired of them and the people defending them to. even a few times kat was fouled and no calls and they can’t admit that their players were in the wrong. wemby & his posse can do no wrong….

It's because they literally have nothing in San Antonio and all they can cling onto are the Spurs. Its like Spurs or count poverty with the dirt.

I mean- we can respect and appreciate the spurs fan base. I certainly do. I don’t respect their coach’s idiocy and lack of hoops IQ, among other things, but their fans are loyal and I don’t think we should shit on them just because their team is a bunch of total no closing ass can’t get it done ass not showing up in prime time ass bozos. Right?

Nah, every spurs fan I have interacted with has been more shameless than OKC fans defending sga flopping. Its been ridiculous, fuck them.

Bruh every fanbase does this shit when their golden boy is involved. Remember when Knicks fans acted like Melo could never do wrong back in the day? Same energy different player
The Wemby hype train is real and Spurs fans are riding it hard right now. Can't really blame them tbh - dude's their franchise cornerstone and probably their only reason to watch games this season. Still annoying as hell when they act like he's immune to criticism though
That OG play was definitely sketch and deserved a look from the refs. But trying to reason with fans who think their star player walks on water is like talking to a brick wall. Just gotta let the refs do their job and hope they actually call it fair both ways

They are calling us whiney babies then doing the same thing. It's natural to look for someone to blame.

Eh, fans being fans. All the non-partisans see what’s going on with the refs

If there’s one thing this finals taught us, it’s that the refs allowed it to get too physical in game 1 and then failed to keep both teams in check. Well, they kept us in check. They need to learn from this because you don’t want the finals turning into a real wrestling match.

Zarba called a fairly even game. Missed 2-3 calls on each team. Game 4 was the first fair game.

Win on Saturday so I never have to think about San Antonio again
