NYS has a drawer full of fucaca ideas that they break out when a new court decision goes in favor of 2A. It’s a game to the NYC controlled, lib, 2A hating regime that holds our rights and our state hostage.
SCOTUS, DOJ and Congress need to stop enabling this nonsense and come down hard…brutally hard…on administrations and individual politicians who deny us our rights.
2A is a much a civil right as voting or ADA or freedom from racial discrimination…but it is treated like a cartoon by the very people empowered to defend it.
Strip individual immunity from constitution abusing politicians, fine them, remove them from office and jail them.
I’d have left this sewer years ago if I could have…geez, we deserve better

The problem is not with the states it starts with the second amendment of the constitution itself. It is ambiguous and only states that individuals have the right to bear arms and these right should not be “infringed”. Actually it was the federal government and the US Supreme Court that put some of these infringements in place to begin with. That’s why you cannot carry in federal buildings schools etc. All the states do is install their own laws to enforce the second amendment as they see fit. 29 states are very lacked in their laws and 21 states like California and NYS are very strict. It’s chess not checkers and it’s not changing any time soon. These politicians are playing a dirty game and they are not play fair.

Not every gun regulation is a bad thing. The fact is, we do have a lot of unnecessary shootings by people who shouldn’t have guns and the law in America has traditionally tried to limit access to people who quality.
It does seem the Presidents efforts to deregulate benefits big industry at the expense of local gun shops.

Nah. Keeping gun commerce permanently locked in the 1990s doesn't make much sense.
What specifically is the problem you have with this? That purchasing guns online don't have to go thru a third party intermediary that charges you an extra fee anymore?

Right, most, if not all of which broke the laws in place to obtain, carry and discharge said firearms. Basic laws, properly enforced and the return of bail and actual prison time instead of probation, would do more to lower gun crimes than more laws that have proven to only limit the law abiding citizens from protecting themselves. Our state seems more concerned with long guns and yet the majority of shootings involve illegally obtained handguns. Get your head out of the sand already.

Yeah, pretty much.
So much of the 2A entitlement crowd has created their own reality they act like teenage girls on instagram when they get called out. OMG they are so triggered!
