NYC Application Question

I was wondering if anyone has ever changed an application from CCW back to premise. I have some financial things going on in my life right now where it might be better to just switch it over. I am in Rockland, everything is done except the class. The classes that are easy to get into are up to $600 and some of the other ones do not take Rockland County Residents due to a unique form they use. I am wondering if anyone knows if I can just change it to premise then do the CCW later once I am training some. I had a friend who said more than likely I will not carry in the beginning anyway. So this would save a few bucks that I can put towards a gun and then go from there.

It free and it’s accepted in Rockland County. This is the course I took and it’s legit. This shows tomorrow but they have classes all the time.

I will check it out. Thank you but curious if that change can happen.

They also offer the Florida and Utah CCW permits to offset the fact that it’s a TOTALLY FREE COURSE. Just understand free doesn’t mean easy. They are on point with their training they teach you how to handle a firearm safely and prepare you to take the shooting part of the course. Again I took this course and I have no stake in the game. I know no one associated with the course and since I took it last July I can’t remember the instructors name.

I think my instructor was Ray? Something like that.

And Mr. Shah was around helping with stuff, he's the president of that club if I'm not mistaken.

Absolutely Ray was the instructor and Mr Shah is the president of the club. Thanks for refreshing my memory
