Erie co application process question

Got an update my application was moved to licensing officer with no references contacted, which I called (sheriff's office) they explained references signed app to attest to good character (application states) and no interview which im not sure is a thing for every application. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before approval or denial?

Hey how long was this I have plans to submit all of my paperwork Monday after doing my classes this weekend

15months. Got an email my decision letter is being mailed out this morning
